ABOUT THE SHOW
The Paris Prowler is a site-specific, participatory, theatrical art-heist mystery originally commissioned and presented at the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery. It is designed and performed as an immersive ‘whodunnit’, where audiences have to track down characters, listen to their interactions, interrogate them, and discover the truth.
The infamous Paris Prowler is a prolific art-thief, targeting great works at Canadian art galleries. No one knows their identity, but detective Arden Monroe is determined to catch them. When a new work by the great Ester Novak is set to be uncovered at the Art Gallery, is seems the dogged detective will finally get his chance. But all is not as it seems…in a gathering of society’s most notorious names, the evening is rife with suspicion, shady dealings, and – yes! – the theft of the new painting! Can you discover what happened?
